Terms and Conditions of Bill Payment

Make sure you have stable internet connection.
Choose the category of the utility bill to be paid.
Enter bill details as required.
Make sure that the right operator and right plan amount is paid for prepaid recharge.
In case the selected plan amount is not available, the transaction would be unsuccessful
Initiate payment from Gift voucher or Payment gateway.
You will get a confirmation message once the bill payment is complete.
It would take 3-4 days for amount to reflect in your billers account.
Incase of any complaints please follow these instructions: There could be two type of complaints a. Transaction based complaint: This type of complaint is raised by a customer either for a successful / pending / failed transaction. The customer can initiate a complaint with our customer service department mentioning their Date, Login ID, transaction ID and Mobile number. b. Service based complaint: This complaint needs to be addressed with the biller directly.
In case of any incorrect or incomplete transaction, it would take about 5-7 days for refund to initiate.
